What an enquiry is
Submitting an enquiry through these pages is a request for a quote. It does not create a contract, and no survey or valuation is booked until we have confirmed the scope, the date and the fee with you in writing.
Prices and estimates
Any indicative price shown before that written confirmation is an estimate based on the information you provide. It may change once we know more about the property, and we will tell you before any work begins.
Our reports
Reports are prepared to RICS standards for the client who instructed them and for the stated purpose. They should not be relied on by a third party or for a different purpose without our written agreement.
